I ordered a phone on September 29th, but haven’t been updated on whether it’s been accepted or if they have finished reviewing it. It was supposed to take up to 24 hours but it’s been a couple of days now so I’m confused and I can’t log into O2 on the app. The O2 website doesn’t show my order in the myO2 section so I’m just confused. I have a confirmation email and that’s the only thing proving I’ve bought a phone at this point. They’ve taken my £30 upfront cost but what do I do now?
