5th Minor Toby. 3 saloons and 2 Travellers. The wood on the Travellers is the worse part and the most expensive part but they fetch good money when restored properly so worth doing well.....

Ahh this brings back memories! We have had many cars but never restoration projects as such. My other half used to banger race in the 70's and boy, the cars he demolished back in the day was criminal when you think about it nowadays!!

Our best/worse buy (not for banger racing) was a Triumph Stag. We bought it second hand for £6000 in the 80's Had it a year and something 'major' went wrong with the engine. We couldnt afford to get it repaired so sold it to an enthusiast for peanuts. He restored it and  now tours the country exhibiting it in Classic car competitions. Last we heard it was worth over £80,000!! Life sucks sometimesSmiley MadSmiley LOL
