What did everyone have for their evening meals?

I had a cold chicken salad

Well my lad did a stir fry. I try and watch what he chucks in....sometimes everything bar the kitchen sink....

They vary from being excellent to blumming awful. My other half who states categorically that he wont eat 'that stir fry rubbish' ......is currently eating whats left in the wok.....

love a home made stir fry. chicken, noodles, bean sprouts, sauce and some kind of salami. think i know what dinner tomorrow is...

What sort of fast have you had? 8hrs is the normal range. Some doctors do say 10....but you could have eaten tonight. Up till 8pm...Too late now though @gmarkj
