It is.

And lots have happened since.

O2 as a network has been a bit of a dark horse. Whilst EE and Vodafone have been raving about their networks and EE in particular has had access to a huge chunk of 4G spectrum, O2 have had to work a lot smarter...utilising what they did have network wise. Refarming 1800mHz spectrum and 2100mHz spectrum as well as building a 800mHz 4G network O2 introduced Carrier Aggregate shown as 4G+ on compatible handsets. O2 have also introduced 4G VoLTE calling and Wifi calling almost by stealth.

And their website is brilliant.

Finally the Community here is great, not aggressive like elsewhere.

Good to have you back @Skyhawk1010

Purely as a matter of interest and to satisfy my curiosity, do you remember your previous username? Please feel free to decline to answer ☺

Ummm, Is Skyhawk1010 actually Mod14 in disguise  smile

A wry smile because its a little coincidental: Its almost 7 years to the day I had to re-register because of Mod14 deleting my original account and here's the proof from my details:

As conspiracy theories go, that's not a bad one 😉

Understandably, this still messes with your head as it would mine! I forget just how many posts you lost due to his ridiculous actions but I bet the exact number is etched into your brain!

A weird coincidence but definitely  not Mod14.

I was probably Peterkin1010 in a previous life.

I'll give you that one @Cleoriff. At least we know the search function is up to scratch!

@jonsie think about 5000 something posts went in an instance and for those who didn't know, Mod14 was rather overzealous moderator to a number of us and deleted my original account for mentioning Crackberry.com which as you know is the premier site for Blackberry's and well, I'll let you google a bit of Mobile Phone history to how the Crackberry name came about.

I need to dig out old emails to find the exact number but thats on a hard drive hidden somewhere in my stash of stuff. Make that multiple stashes within stashes. But to be honest, it was a loss but I now get to bring him up in a mocking way as a form of revenge. Once a year, just to add to the legend of the o2 forum tongue_winking

@Skyhawk1010 are you sure you're not one of Mod14's aliases Evil

Actually @sheepdog it wasn't the search function on HERE which gave me the info. It kept changing my request to peterking.

So I googled the name (adding O2 after it) and it took me to the posts he had made....

Google 1.... O2 search function 0.

This is pretty normal in my experience...:smileysad:
