Help broken phone insurance details required

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi there,

I urgently need some help, I have broken my phone and have to make a
claim on my home contents insurance, they are asking for a 4 digit code
or number and also cost price at time of purchase, could you please
provide a quote to replace with an up to date model, as I have to pay a
large excess and to replace with the same model is not correct. Is it
possible you could provide me with this info.. Many thanks.

I have called about renewal etc.. My details
are all verified. Any queries please email, I need to get to this sorted
asap as I use my phone so much - even for work.

Many thanks,

Kindest regards.

Hi there

Sorry we are unable to help as this is a customer to customer forum. You will need to contact O2 customer services. (All numbers in the contact us link at the bottom of the page) The cost of purchase will be in the documentation you received when you purchased the phone. Could I also ask you to remove all personal details as this is an open forum and you could be subjecting yourself to spam calls and emails.

@Anonymous  Please follow the advice given to you above. This is not customer service. If you don't have an O2 phone to use to call, you can call from a land line on 0800 032 1402. Be prepared for there to be long wait times owing to the time of year. Live Chat may be able to help, but we don't usually recommend using it, as it can be unreliable. Even though you may have to wait, you'll probably get a better result if you call.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
