Game: Ask a question/Answer a question

Hi guys,

This is a little feature that I've seen and wanted to try it out, it gives us all a chance to get to know each other a little better

Its very simple; I'll start with a question on this post. The next person to reply answers my question and then asks another for whoever next comes along. Does that make sense?

Lets give it a go

Question: Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

former head of ICI (Imperial Chemical Industries) ..... inc ..... IMI (Imperial Metal Industries) ..... inc ..... YIM (Yorkshire Imperial Metals) aka the Copper Works in Hunslet, Leeds where my dad worked from 21 to early retirement ..... & at one time all 4 of my family did ..... = ..... I was clerical support for tube division marketing ie 5 marketing officers 

don't know if Sir John HJ is still on this earth or not, but I'll continue .....

If you were prime minister of UK, what would you do in respect of 

1: the economy

2: the NHS

3: the media

Q: if you could have a particular talent which you currently don't have, what would it be & why?

A.  Well I can be ME, of course!!

Q.  If you could choose to live just one day of your life all over again - what would it be and why?

A. As that question seems to have stymied the game I will answer myself by saying I would re-live yesterday and NOT ask such a silly question.

Q. What sport would you like win an Olympic gold medal in?

A: to win a gold medal at Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastics ..... = ..... specialising in the long ribbon on a 'stick'

Q: if I could give you one wish to go somewhere in the universe for a day ..... (magicking you there & back if you    wish) ..... go with whoever you like, real or imagined ..... where would it be ..... & ..... who would you go with ..... & .....  why ?

A: to go to the Maldives for a full 24 hours beginning at sunrise (oh the peace of it all) spearate 'chalet-style' accommodation at other ends of the private island ..... with a communal plaqce to eat in the middle .....=food & drink prepared by someone else on the island ..... taking with me my son & his partner ..... 'cos none of us particularly my son & his girl have had a holiday in some time ..... we'd be magicked there & back in a sparkling moment ..... 

Q: at school, if you dropped a subject, due to perhaps the clashing of subjects, which subject would you would take up say at 'night shool' now or just wished the school timetable would have accommodated you to take & why ?

Answer: I wish I could have done sculpture. It clashed with fine art, but I would have loved the chance to buold a great statue

Question: What is/was your favourite decade and why?

A: The 60's. Every other decade pales into insignificance. Best music. Fashion revolution. Everything...

Q:Would you rather win the lottery or live twice as long...and why?

A. Live longer - might then get to read some of the books on my lengthy reading list.

Q. If you did not spend so much time using your mobile phone what other activities would you prefer to participate in?

@Toby I know it is off topic but was wondering why sculpture was not regarded as a fine art at your school? Were we robbed of another Rodin or Epstein because of some hiccup in lesson timetables?
