Damaged phone

Hi,

I sent off my iphone 6 for repairs last Tuesday for repairs,

I was told it would take a week to be returned, so I'm just wondering how long it will take?

You should have an email with tracking info with a link to a website to track the repair.
If you haven't got one, call CS to chase it up for you

Did you send it to O2 repairs because you have O2 insurance? If not, you probably should have taken it directly to Apple. Lots of negative reports about the company O2 uses for repairs. I hope yours doesn't come back as 'unrepairable because of water damage'. That's the stock M.O.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I would have expected some sort of information back by now. Give customer service a call to try and get some information.
