A 'timely reminder' that clocks go forward 1 hour tonight. Officially the time to change is 1am Sunday morning but most people do it before they go to bed! All it means for many people is they will lose an hours sleep..though it is the official start of British Summer time.

It's a shame really when you look at the lower leagues and see once big names struggling to exist. You only have to look at my local team Bolton Wanderers (who I dont support but want to do well) who will next season be in League One due to over-extending themselves to try and live with the big boys in the Premier league a few short seasons ago.
From European competition to ignominy in 3 years. Splash out on a 55000 seater stadium where they do well to now get 12000 fans. Such a shame but you can say that of many clubs now, Coventry City included.
