Do you run?

Have you completed a park run or couch to 5k recently?

What's your favorite thing about running?

@Anonymous I do like a good run! Haven't been able to for the last few weeks due to a sprained ankle though :slight_frown:

My favourate thing is how great you feel after you've finished your run and cooled down.

I tried to do the Couch to 5K but I could barely get it past the front door never mind 5K!!! Smiley Very Happy

Joking aside, I started running about 6 months ago and have successfully completed a couple of non-stop 5K runs....although quite slowly! I'm currently sporting a knee injury so having to postpone running.

I used to run on the treadmill at the gym. Does that count? I want to start doing that again. Favourite thing about it was that it worked as a good way to take a break from thinking too much and just run... if that makes sense. Put on headphones and run with the music and think of nothing at all. Heart

Do you remember your run time for the 5K @Anonymous I think the last one I tried was about 40 minutes but hadn't ran that far in a few years!

@Marjo It still counts but it's miles better outside
