BT making a bid to take over 02

Hey,  new customer here,  I have experienced terrible problems with BT customer service,  if 02 is taken over by them I will cease to have ANYTHING to do with 02.  BT is atrocious.

We can discuss it endlessly but at the moment I would think only the seller and the buyer really know what's going on. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.
