Who out there enjoys creating 3d designs, animations or even photoshopping?

I've only recently got involved with using blender an open source 3d design software. Actually really enjoying it:)

Just wondering if there's any people on here who enjoy creating their own work.

Those T&C's only apply to third-party developers and commercial bodies that make use of the trademark "Photoshop" in their applications, literature etc.  Google have a similar policy to stop the commercial use of terms like "googling".

It's because of a specific legal issue called "Trademark Erosion" where a company fails to actively protect a trademark or brand-name from becoming used in a "generic" form.  If they don't, they can end-up losing all of their rights over their own product's name and no-one can register or own that brandname again.

Basically, if Adobe didn't state and enforce those rules, within a couple of years the shelves would be full of products with names like "'Tesco photoshop" and Adobe could neither prevent it nor make any money from it - "photoshop" would just become an unprotected - and unprotectable - word like "editor" or "program".

I had never heard of this "trademark Erosion" before, however in retrospect it makes perfect sense.

I actually feel a bit sad I accused them of being petty haha.

Mouse and mouse mat for me:) my hand isn't that artistic haha.

the best thing about computer art is I never have to hunt for a sharpener to sharpen my mouse:D

Liquid, as you know, to me theres nothing like pouring your heart out over paper, but hey, its not for everyone!

I wish I could draw I really do:( I failed finger painting in pre school haha.
