I read a little thing about this service at O2 but I didn't find topics with dissapointed customers. I ordered an Iphone 5s refurbished (because they do not have refurb phones in store) and as you know they say 2 days. I ordered it Thursday (it should arrived Saturday and it's not that I cannot wait for the phone but it's Monday and it's not here). From what you guys usualy know when can I expect to get the phone?

I'd call CS and see if the phone is actually in stock or not http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Shortage of stock for certain. Yet another online order where money is taken when the promised delivery date can't be adhered to.

If you actually used the Click and Collect service, O2 info says 'it leaves the warehouse within 2 days'...then they usually email or text you when it is 'ready to collect'....

If you have heard nothing then we can only presume it isn't in stock as said above...
