What is it best used to clean the plastic protective film on my phone?

I've thought of a wet wipe buffed up with a tissue

What do you use?

A microfibre Cloth.

Use a wet wipe or rung out flannel first to remove any grease or dried on marks then buff up with a clean dry cloth.

Handcream tends to get everywhere, very messy.

A micro fibre cloth will only spread the grease. Follow @perksie advice.
