It's March 14th which means it's a silly little day for the nerds and bakers alike to come together and eat pie!
So guys I'm really just not good at math, but we all recognize Ο right?
Pi has been calculated to over 50 trillion digits beyond its decimal point. As an irrational and transcendental number, it will continue infinitely without repetition or pattern.
The unofficial world record for memorizing the digits currently stands at 100,000 which took over 16 hours...
What's your favourite pie to bake or eat? I think mine might be wild blackberry with many a summer spent collecting bucketfuls from the woods. No warm memories of algebra class to share though...

The original idea of pastry was not for it to be eaten but to preserve the contents for longer, particularly when going on a long journey by foot or on horseback.
