Hi Not sure if on the correct board?

 

How do I get into rewards as I used to put in my mobile number and they sent me a code to let me in and I could then exchange my rewards for gift cards, but for some reason takes me through to priority where it gives the rewards balance but where do I go to manage these please? thanks

Thanks for your help with this, I actually am no longer with 02 it is for my partner it is just that I am still registered and can use the forum hence my question? 

 

Would you know if my thread has been moved to priority queries?  Can you not chat on line rather than having to phone would you know?
