You will need to contact the ticket provider, which will either be Ticketmaster or AXS, (check your card statement to see who took the funds).. 

All o2 priority is is a broker to the event.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
