Voice calls dropping out - mast problem for about 2 mnths but still paying full amount

No network guarantees 100% service, it's in the T&C's you agreed to.
Problems arise and sometimes can take time to fix depending on the type of fault and location etc.
Once service has resumed, you can ask O2 for a goodwill payment to cover any lost days or disruption.
