VAT invoices

You appear to have stopped allowing me to download VAT bills.

How do I get VAT bills / invoices now?

Also, how can I move to paper billing, including getting VAT invoices that way?  Is that free?

A full paper bill is £2.50 per month.

To get a vat bill you need to contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
