Solved: Unable to make calls and send texts

i have a full signal and at home with internet access but I am unable to make calls and send texts - just getting the message call failed or failure text message. My payments are up to date on my monthly contract. What is the problem

Reboot phone or remove and replace sim. This can sometimes bring it back to life.
