Tilemate received, but ordered champagne?

Hello, saw a few posts on this. I too received a tilemate, but definitely ordered the champagne. :'(.
I couldn't reply to anyone's message in the community ( first time using this)..so apologies for another topic on this.

Also why are these people getting Champagne and tilemates ?

A tilemate is something which keeps track of keys, bags and anything else by attaching them to it

Maybe the tilemate is a precursor item, in case you get sloshed on the champagne and lose your keys?
