Received a Tile Mate instead of Champagne

Just wondered where my bottle of Moet is that I was promised last October? I did receive a Tile Mate and it seems that a few others have had the same problem on here. I thought this was meant as a reward for being a valued customer??

Unfortunately @chugger I believe they ran out of champagne rather early on. Hence the tile mate.

 

What can I say, bad planning on O2's part.
