I have just bought tickets and the last stage said the page was being redirected as my time had ran out yet the money is pending in my account so you have obviously taken the money?

If the session timed out then the money showing as pending will be returned to your account by the bank. You could give customer services a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Best to confirm with Customer Services best time to call when they have more time and calls are answered quickly is 08.00 - 08.30am 

Don't ask Chat is it much better to call.
