It’s all to do with receiving a text code during registration.

I still have it installed on my tablet but it's asking now for a mobile number. I ported that number to EE so if I put my contract number in it stops working on the mobile. However I can alternate between the two by getting a text each time.
Priority is supported on tablets despite what customer service are saying.
