Priority app doesn't recognize O2 no. as being from O2

Date and time are sent correctly, 1 month and a half has passed since I signed up with O2, help !!

Apparently no longer works on tablets according to o2 but I know of a few people who do have it on their tablets.
It’s all to do with receiving a text code during registration.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I still have it installed on my tablet but it's asking now for a mobile number. I ported that number to EE so if I put my contract number in it stops working on the mobile. However I can alternate between the two by getting a text each time. 

Priority is supported on tablets despite what customer service are saying.
