O2 Priority App

I have installed the O2 Priority App from Google Apps on my Galaxy TAB A device.

It has installed but apart from a Welcome to Priority page there is no functioning icons or tabs thats all I have, is this a known error?

 

I am a pay monthly user

Check the date and time on your device is correct.

Do you need to download the My O2 app before installing the O2 priority app?

Could that be why it isn't installing?

I have 1.6 Gb available on storage assume that is ample space?
