I received a text 3/4 days ago about confirming my overdue payment has been received and today I got a text telling me that there was a problem taking my direct debit payment

Things at O2 Payments seem a bit of a mess at the moment, probably due to the botched system upgrade 

You will need to contact Payment Management who are best able to help 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
