Has anyone bought tickets on o2 priority for a gig and the date of it has been changed to a date that you are unable to go to, requested a refund and been told you cannot have a refund, you will have to sell them yourself.

That will be down to the venue / ticket promoters etc and not O2.
Probably in their terms and conditions when you booked
