O2 priority queue and blue bar codes not appearing

I clicked to the priority queue option and use now for tonight’s Paul McCartney gig. I have the show your code screen but no code. Same has happened with level 1 bar entry. Code was generated for 20% off drinks but presumably I can’t use this if I can’t get into the bar?

Usually you just have to show your phone displaying the O2 signal to get priority queueing.
