I activated my QR code this morning to get the weekly (Greggs) free coffee. Arrived at Greggs only to be informed that it was cash only, as their system was down. I walk to another Greggs and it was the same problem.
The voucher cannot be canceled, and after 15 minutes it's not valid anymore.
Can it be reset for me to be able to use it this week?

You need to reach out to greggs via Social Media as well, as well and they will sort usually via a freebee voucher...
I have done this is the past when issues have arise at Greggs.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
