Hi,
I closed my account October last year and just got a message on my credit report saying my account has just been reactivated this month. It was a contract sim that I had completed. I've not had any communication from o2 in regards to this and I have no reactivated it.

Strange. How did you close the account?
I'm wondering if this is another effect of O2's change of thiet customer management system.

Exactly the same situation here, ended my contract in October, no payments since then. My credit report has alerted me to the account reopening today

Obviously some system updates have screwed things up again.

I have the same issue. Ended contract in Dec and changed to payg. Now on my credit report today - 52 points as missed o2 payment. I'm fuming. Did you get your issue resolved? And who did you speak to please
