Hi Everyone,
Just wanted some help with priority because i cant get through to customer services so i thought i'd try here.
I took out a contract for my elderly father and I am paying for it so they set it up on my account as an additional line.
My father wishes to use the priority offers but it seems that only one of us can use them (once between us). If he logs in on his O2 app and if i've used an offer using my phone - it shows the offer has already been used.
Is there any way to give him his own account - or at least let him get his own offers - after all he has a full contract and is paying the same as me.

I know the 2nd phone is for your dad but both phones are in your name and linked to your account. That's what the system will see when you apply for anything on Priority.
You can contact O2 and see what they say, but I think it will be the same as me.

It shouldn't be doing that, as each line can have its own offers, and I can have say the Greggs offer on each number that is logged into Priority using that number..
Check your dads phone isnt logged in as you / using your number in Priority....
