 I had receive the e-mail that I had won the Exclusive SEA LIFE events with Priority .But I can't access to register. 

 
Firstly,It was just only 24 hours to RSVP. It was valid until the 14th Feb. As you know those day, we were both busy to celebrate Valentine's day,  so I missed access on time.
 
Secondly,The  Exclusive SEA LIFE events draw the end 10th Feb , I had already checked from 10th to 12th,but nothing on my e-mail.
Furthermore, we also registered our phone when we filled the form which we applied this prize ,why didn't you phone  or text us ? We always check  the prize on our priority's app, but this prize we need to check on E-mail, who knows?
