Hi,
I am trying for the first time to access PreSale tickets.
The Event is for: Imagine Dragons: LOOM World Tour.
When I click on 'Get Tickets' via the link: Ticket Details - Priority (o2.co.uk)
it brings me to Ticketmaster.
However, on Ticketmaster it tells me:
Happening now
Priority from O2
However, there is no option to purchase any tickets.
I get this same issue on the web or on the phone.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Priority App on the phone but no joy.
I have cleared the cache, also no joy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank-you

Best thing to do is contact Ticket Master direct, as it could be all pre sale tickets have been sold.

Hey,
Thank-you for the response.
As a further test, I have tried other artists (Jamie Webster; Michael Ball & Alfie Boe: Together At Home) that have their PreSale happening now also but I get the same issue (there is no option to purchase any tickets).
Thanks,

Sounds like a problem with the Ticket Sellers, as all o2 do is pass you to them to search and book the seats.. So might be worth using X to message Ticket Master or AXS (whoever the ticket seller is )

You need to delete the Ticketmaster app while purchasing the priority ticket, so the Internet browser opens. Remember to be logged in your Ticketmaster account.
In my case, the Ticketmaster app didn't recognize the O2 priority link and by default, it's opened when you click on the O2 app. Uninstalling it solved the issue.
