No email of order confirmation

Hi

I have ordered 2 Fitbit Charge 3’s using the o2 priority app. I downloaded the confirmation receipt of order via the website. I have not received a confirmation email for my order so I am now concerned that I will not receive the ‘arrived in store’ email as I chose click and collect. What do I do?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I ordered a Fitbit last night. I have the Order number & confirmation of order but NO email. I have been on the phone to O2 for an hour. No joy. they don't even have any contact details for O2 priority. Waste of time. I am concerned.

You will get a confirmation email when the device is dispatched.

When you were on the phone to CS did they say they could see your order?

Check orders in My O2 and also cheviot your spam folder.
