I have ordered 2 Fitbit Charge 3’s using the o2 priority app. I downloaded the confirmation receipt of order via the website. I have not received a confirmation email for my order so I am now concerned that I will not receive the ‘arrived in store’ email as I chose click and collect. What do I do?

Check orders in My O2 and also cheviot your spam folder.
