Hello there, I'm a new O2 customer. I recently moved over from EE, but there was an issue with the transfer and it messed all kinds of things up. After speaking to the tech support, they sent me out a new blank sim to redo the transfer with next day delivery. It's now been 6 days and it's saying it has been delivered but they have disabled my current sim, so I can't even phone them to speak to them about it. For the last 2 weeks I've been fully unable to receive any phone calls or text messages or even use the data now that they have completely disabled the sim.
