How do I redeem O2 Priority code for Merlin Pass discount

I'm trying to redeem my O2 priority code for discount against purchasing Merlin passes. Where do I do this? When I try on the Merlin site it says no packages available.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
