Flight Delay

Hi All

I’m an O2 customer and have an O2 priority account but can’t find out how to register for Flight Delay.  I found the link very easily before but it seems to have disappeared now... please can anyone advise, as I have a flight tomorrow that I would like to register please 😊

Thank you so much but I can't find where to get my Priority Code - any ideas pls?

You register your flight with the Priority - SmartDelay service before travelling. If the airline announces a delay that meets or exceeds the qualifying delay threshold, you will receive a LoungeKey™ voucher that provides access to a lounge at the airport where you are delayed. LoungeKey™ gives you access to a network of over 1300 of airport lounges worldwide.
