Confirmation code won't send

I've tried signing up by putting in my number and rather than being sent a confirmation code an error message shows up, I'm not sure what to do, this has happened several times and I don't know how to fix it~

Are you new to O2, changed your number or tariff recently, etc?
Currently using:

It said
" There was a problem and we've been notified

(202 for contracts or 4445 for PAYG).
