Blue Mondays - Prsnt code not working

Hi I received a blue Mondays code last week for Prsnt for some flowers but the Prsnt app kept glitching & wouldn't allow me to input it.

Could I please be sent another code so I that I redeem this. Thanks

Also, have you tried to redeem this on the network and Wi-Fi?

Had same issue, all need to do is download latest version of Prsnt as it says, works then

This is not a working code, reinstalling does not work this was a waste of time creating an app for nothing, why is O2 handing out fake codes?
