Anyone else having problems opening o2 priority app. It will not function at all.

Screen just will not load o2 at all. No error message or indications at all as to why it won't work

Mine is working OK.

Try deleting and reinstalling app.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Did you manage to get this resolved? 

 

I have the same issue on my Android device. It is actually worse in my case because the app force closes every time I try launching it. Tried clearing cache and data, also tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but still force closes. 

 

This only started to happen when the app updated to v9.1.9.
