Just a quick question! So it says upgrade on them! So if I upgrade on them and the pay the rest of this contract off, so I still pay my last bill at the end of the month? Or does it start fresh the end of next month? And do I have to send this phone to them? Or do I keep it?

Hi @Conner ,

This sounds like 'speed to refresh'. This means o2 buy you out of your current contract (usually carphone).

To answer some of your questions.

  1. Your old phone is yours, you can do with it as you please.
  2. Everything stays the same in regards to same sim, same number, same direct debit date etc
  3. Your bill will be pro rota. This means if you billing date is the 30th of every month for example, and you upgrade today, you will pay 9 days of your old contract and 21 days of your new contract.

Hope this has helped.
