I travel all over the country, when I lose my data and signal it’s usually for half hour at most, though it has been a lot worse and more frequent this last year.

i have been in the Hamworthy area for a week, and my phone has been virtually unusable, especially 4G, even when my phone says I have it, I haven’t, only any use two miles up the road, then lost it again for a day at Paultons park, finally I have enough signal on my last day to post this,

only posting this now having spent 30 minutes going round in circles on my o2 being told no problem and being cut off with poor signal

this week o2 has been worse than ******

Hi @Mick62 - sometimes you get better service at busy times or in highly-populated areas by switching your phone down to the 3G setting. More help to identify and make O2 aware of the issue here: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Good luck!
