Hey. I have just got a message from O2 that starts with thanks for calling O2 - but I haven’t called O2 recently. What gives? Is someone trying to gain access to my account?

Seem to be a lot of reports of this today so the system must have farted @RichTheBerry @GULREZ @kmw62

I have forwarded to the scam number just in case, but as suggested, it may just be a glitch in O2's system – but best to check
