My Phone is not working & I can't speak to a human for advice

Hi.  My phone is not working.  I bought it from O2 online in March.  It's a Samsung S21.  Last night while using it the screen went blank.  It won't reset using the on and volume button and I can't speak to a human to find out what I do now?
