Hi

Really hope someone can help, this is driving me crazy!

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I'm having an issue with incoming calls. When a caller phones they can't hear it ringing out but it's ringing my side. When I answer the call fails. Caller either just gets cut off or it says call failed.  When they do eventually call back they hear 'connecting' , no ring tone and then I answer.

I've tried to google it and found a similar issue but it was resolved by turning WiFi calling off, mine was already off. It was set to ring on my other devices but I've turned that off too but still problem continues.

Today has been awful, practically every caller has taken 3 or 4 attempts to get through. I am my dads emergency call if he has a fall so I need my phone working if they call!

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

@Bonnie007

If you have an esim connected to your account it's a known issue.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
