Hi O2,
My bank just rang me to say I have a duplicate payment for o2 when paying my bill. This has never happened before, my original payment of £150 is now £300, and I have no recipet from o2 for this payment, I actuall have a message saying one of my payments has been declined? Yet o2 have billed me £300. I will need this corrected urgently.

@Alistair101 This is a customer community. No access to anyone else's account. You need to speak to customer service. Best chance is to call at 8 am.
