Call Barrier

I am trying to call my family in Spain but suddenly I cannot make international calls as it says that the call barrier is on. I am scared about their health condition, please, give me some advice so I can contact them asap

@Luz You need to speak to customer service to have the bar removed. All numbers to call are in the link below. Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through.

Hello Luz, I would suggest contacting customer services on 202 from your O2 number to have the bar lifted, you will also need to double check that you do not have a spending cap which will stop you from making chargeable calls.
