hi, 

Since the last update to my o2 app,I have lost the option to login using biometrics I have to keep putting pin in. 

In settings there's no biometric option available anymore ?!

A couple of other customers have reported the same issue so must be a bug in the app.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I am using my fingerprints to login fine. I have no issue. Maybe it might be an issue at your end. I'm not sure but have you allowed your app to use your biometrics to login?

If you haven't try checking that. Go to settings, then permission. Try and see if you can sort it out there.
