Hello folks,

I'm at my absolute wits end with trying to get this sorted so any help is much appreciated.

I recently got a new phone with o2 because they said I could keep my virgin media number

However since I now have the new phone, it seems there is no way I can transfer the number.

I have been told that I need a PAC code, tried that and failed because virgin numbers are now o2 numbers

I was on the little tech chat and someone said that I could transfer the number through them as its an o2 to o2 change, however when they transferred me through to the relevant people it just brought me back to the start with the chat bot who I had to ask to transfer me to a human, and when I finally did reach another human they said the o2 to o2 transfer cant be done by them..

So I tried it again chatting to a different advisor who then said the only way to do it would be to cancel my existing contract with o2 and start a new one with the virgin media number, however when they transferred me to the relevant department I got shafted by the chat bot again..

So I ask, for the final time before I just give up completely on this whole endeavour, is there ANY WAY I can transfer my virgin media number to my new o2 phone??

Any help much much appreciated especially if someone can direct me to a specific human or department of humans who can help me do it!

Thanks!!
