Hi,
How do i get a working sim?
The new sim via Virgin has never worked. The only online solution is to contact O2 via the mobile that does not have a working sim card! So not sure how that works?
The phone is my sons, so we rarely have access to it. Due to a disability, he is unable to go to an O2 shop or access the internet to resolve himself.
Obviously O2 are still taking their monthly charge. Easy money!

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
