Hi I sent a pac code from plusnet to 02 last Friday afternoon and was told it would be activated to keep my old number on Tuesday (today). It still hasn’t been changed. I am paying plusnet aswell as 02 until 02 use the pac code. I am new to 02 and get different stories when phoning customer services. How do you get this dealt with I need my old number on my new pay as you go sim with 02.
